AGENT SEARCH PROGRAM
The search of commercial agents for your products and services on the markets of the Baltic States is possible via AGENT SEARCH PROGRAMME. AGENT SEARCH PROGRAMME is a service package provided by Eksportera JSC in co-operation with Lithuanian Association of Commercial Agents. AGENT SEARCH PROGRAMME allows you to get the easiest access to Agents or Importers of your products in the Baltic States (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia). In our database, we have commercial agents and importers of goods and services in the Baltic States. Some of these companies are re-exporters of goods and services to the markets of Belarus, Ukraine, and Russia. AGENT SEARCH PROGRAMME has 3 levels:
Upon your request, we will provide a long list of commercial agents and importers who are appropriate to represent your products in the Baltic States. You will get a list of 15 to 20 companies – your possible future agents on our market. The communication with these companies will be organised from you directly.
Upon your additional request, we can outsource the communication process with the companies from the long list provided by us during the 1st stage of AGENT SEARCH PROGRAMME. We will visit these companies presenting your firm and your products. As a result, you will receive a report on our visits to the companies and a short list of the companies, already interested in your products.
Upon your request, we can assist you in planning, supervising, and controlling business activities of your contracted agents in the Baltic States.
How to apply for AGENT SEARCH PROGRAMME:
When applying for AGENT SEARCH PROGRAMME for the first time, you will be asked to provide us with your contacting details and as much information about your company as possible. We will appreciate such information: COMPANY - A brief background of your company: date of establishment, turnover, place(s) of business PRODUCTS - A short description of the products you would like the Agent to sell CUSTOMERS - The type of customers and markets you intend to sell to. Are you passing any existing customers to the Agent? AREA -The geographical area you would like the Agent to cover. AGENTS - Describe the sort of Agent you would like to find. MARKETING SUPPORT - Describe what marketing support is available e.g. exhibitions, telesales, literature, CD, website, sample making, design facilities etc. This information must be sent via email or via ordinary mail: info@exportera.lt with notice „AGENT SEARCH PROGRAMME“

You will be asked to pay for the services of AGENT SEARCH PROGRAMME by international transfer to our account: For the Service of Level 1 – EUR 100 For the Service of Level 2 – EUR 400 For the Service of Level 3 – as per terms and conditions of the Contract for Services
Please notify us when the payment has been made to our bank. Payment must be made in full, free of charge, in euros, prior to AGENT SEARCH PROGRAMM implementation.
After you have paid for our services and the money has reached our account, you will receive the information
HOW TO PAY if you are unable to pay by credit card: Overseas customers, without a bank account in euros, have 2 options of payment: 1. By EUR Draft drawn against our Bank. This is available from your bank. 2. Directly to our bank account, free of any charges. We should receive it (for the service of Level 1 or for the service of Level 2) in our bank account without any deductions.
